Walkin' the dog
Dec. 14th, 2005 11:34 amJust got back from walking Bella Rose and I wish the weather could always be like it is today; bracingly cold without being freezing, and a breeze, but not knock you down wind.
We usually go close to a mile and a half in a bit over 30 minutes, but today I hated to turn around and come back. Bella, of course, would happily walk for miles. She's so funny the way she has to have her one walk a day and bugs the crap out of me until she gets it. After that she's content and never tries to coax me into a second walk later. Hard to believe she's already five years old. We've had her since she was three months old and about an hour away from being euthanized.
